Cancellation and Late Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling (Massage):
-Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
-If you are late for an appointment, you may lose some of that session time.
-Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and rescheduled.
-Same-day cancellations or rescheduling may incur a fee and could require prepayment or a deposit for future appointments. This policy ensures that the time reserved for you is honored and managed effectively.
Emergency and Special Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies and illnesses can happen. If you or your children have a medical issue, a family emergency, or face an unforeseen life event, please let us know as soon as possible. In cases of severe weather or unsafe travel conditions, please text to reschedule. Cancellations due to such circumstances will not incur a fee.

Cancellations and Rescheduling (Halotherapy):
-Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to get settled. Sessions begin promptly at the top of each hour.
-If you arrive late, we may not be able to admit you into the session out of respect for others' experience.
Halotherapy Session Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
-Late cancellations (within 24 hours or less) may result in a cancellation fee, or forfeiture of the session if you are a member or package holder.
No-Show Policy:
-No-shows will result in a full charge of the session fee or loss of one session from your membership/package.
-After one no-show, future appointments may require prepayment to book.
